This artwork explores ideas surround communication and fictional narrative. The piece operates as a fictional transmission device whilst also playing upon the language of science fiction, future technologies to reflect upon our fascination with the unknown. The sculpture is a vacillation between speculative science and ancient myth, robot and fossil, biomedical engineering and archaeological discovery

The work was exhibited in an exhibition which explored ideas imagining a future in which our current society has been forgotten. As such, this artwork encourage us to think deeply about our relationship with the natural world and the kind of legacy that we want to leave behind. ​
