​Harold Budd create a series of siren songs on The Pavilion of Dreams that shimmer like light reflected on the water's surface.The combination of idealised form and imaginary dream space leaves a mysterious imprint of utopia. The forms resemble a modernist rational but with a seemingly handmade, soul-like quality.  A vignette of celestial sound channeled through Budd and the accompanied musicians, seems to permeate the architectural model.The pastel pistachio colour reflects a kind of warmth and a longing for something new to arise within the cold concrete city confines - nothing is over the top and the chord voicing's just rise and fall like the reflection of the moon on water.
